Terms of Service
1. Introduction & Mission
Welcome to OnlineJobs University (OLJU), an educational platform connected to OnlineJobs.ph. Our mission is simple: educate, elevate, and earn. We provide the Filipino remote workforce with rigorous, practical education designed to elevate professional value and increase earning potential. By accessing or using OLJU, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration and User Roles
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account.
Students: Users who purchase and consume course content to elevate their skills.
Instructors: Industry professionals approved to host and sell educational content on the platform. Instructors are also subject to the OLJU Instructor and Content License Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Standards and Zero Upsell Policy
We maintain a strict university level standard. OLJU is not a marketplace for “get rich quick” schemes.
Complete Content: Instructors are required to provide complete, comprehensive training within their courses.
Zero Upsells: Instructors are strictly prohibited from withholding core educational information in order to sell higher priced coaching, external programs, or secondary products to students. If a student encounters an upsell, they are encouraged to report it immediately.
4. The OnlineJobs Certified Badge
Select courses on OLJU offer an OnlineJobs Certified Badge upon successful completion.
For Students: Earning a badge requires passing practical quizzes and submitting final projects graded by the instructor. Badges are displayed on your OnlineJobs.ph profile to prove competence to potential employers.
No Employment Guarantee: While OLJU provides the education and the verified badge to elevate your professional value, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific salary outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property and Licensing
Instructor Ownership: Instructors retain full ownership of the intellectual property within their course content.
Platform Rights: By uploading content to OLJU, instructors grant us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, distribute, market, and sell the course.
Student Usage: Students receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and view purchased courses solely for personal, educational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, transmit, or sell any course content.
6. Payments and Refunds
All course prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise noted.
Purchases: Students agree to pay the stated fees for courses.
Refunds: Because OLJU delivers immediate access to proprietary digital education and intellectual property, all sales are considered final unless a specific course violates our quality standards or the Zero Upsell Policy.
7. Platform Integrity and Account Termination
OLJU reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms.
Student Conduct: Disrespectful behavior, cheating on course evaluations, or attempting to pirate content will result in immediate termination.
Instructor Conduct: Failure to grade student projects, abandoning active students, or violating the zero upsell policy will result in course removal and account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
OLJU and OnlineJobs.ph operate this platform as an educational resource. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with instructors or students, or your subsequent employment outcomes.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
