  • Transaction Data: Billing information and payment history for premium courses.


For Instructors:

  • Identity and Professional Data: Your name, email address, professional background, and course application materials.
  • Financial Data: Bank account or payment gateway details necessary to disburse your revenue share.

How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information only for legitimate business purposes, which include:

 

  • Delivering Education: To grant you access to courses, track your progress, and allow instructors to grade your practical testing and final outputs.

 

  • Platform Integration: To verify your course completion and automatically award the official OnlineJobs Certified Badge to your linked OnlineJobs.ph profile.

 

  • Platform Operations: To process payments, disburse instructor earnings based on our sliding scale tiers, and provide customer support.

 

  • Communication: To send you administrative messages, course updates, and respond to your inquiries ASAP.

 

  • Quality Improvement: To analyze survey data and feedback to ensure our courses teach practical skills and maintain a university level standard.

How We Share Your Information

We are highly protective of our user base. We do not, and will never, sell your personal information and data to third party sellers or data brokers.

  • With Your Instructors: When you enroll in a course, your instructor receives necessary details (such as your name, quiz scores, and submitted projects) to provide feedback, grade your work, and facilitate live interactions.

 

  • Within the OnlineJobs Ecosystem: We share completion records with OnlineJobs.ph solely to attach your earned badges to your professional profile, increasing your visibility to potential employers.

 

  • With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, processing secure payments, or sending emails. These vendors are legally bound to protect your data.
